A rectangular plane ABCD inclined to H.P by an angle, its shorter edge being parallel to H.P and inclined to V.P by an angle. Draw its projections.
10. Draw the projections of circle of 70 mm diameter resting on the HP on a point A of the circumference. The plane is inclined to the HP such that the top view of it is an ellipse of minor axis 40mm. Top view of the diameter, through point A is making an angle of 450 with the VP Determine the inclination of the plane with the HP.

If we are not on the vp, how can we know that the diagram starts on the HP, sir
Sir you measured that a¹ to b1¹ length is 85mm and a to b2 length is also 85mm. Then while drawing projections, b1¹ and b2 gets equal straight line. But they didn't meet each other. But why?
