    FYI, Millennials do like to print things out and highlight them (32:30). You may be thinking of another generation. Rather than a correctly-used generational term, it seems many have begun using Millennial as a derogatory term. Awesome way to put some generational bias into your business editing video though. Did you do that on purpose or was it not caught in the editing process?
