hello dii... yaar apke symptoms to mere jaise hai mai bhi yahi bolti hu k kon log kehte hai k boht acha lgta hai pregnancy time... mujhe khud kahi ane jane ka mann nhi krta.. headache aata jata rehta hai.. khansi jukam bhi ata jata rehta hai.. gas, constipation ki bhi kafi dikkt ho jati hai... aur 3 month tak to jab bhi mai muh me brush rkhti thi, sath hi vomit aati thi kuch kadwa yellow pani jaisa bs.. aur poora peyt iktha ho jata tha sath me urine pressure.. aur doodh, aata sb chij se nfrt hogyi thi fir dheere dheere change hua.. ab mere ko 6th month lgne wala hai 6sept ko... aur ab kahi mera peyt dikhne lga hai koi movement feel nhi hoti bs hlka hlka dard feel hota hai kbhi kabar bearable hota hai but... placenta anterior low lying tha.. lekin level2 scan me low lying ht gya aur anterior ho gya normaly. heartbeat bhi pehle kafi aati thi is baar 140bpm aayi hai... weekness kafi lgti hai aur itching bhi hoti hai breast me, peyt me, legs vgera aur pimple bhi ho rhe hai khaas kr naak par dusre tisre din hi pimple aa jata hai fir chla jata hai fir aa jata hai.. 😅😅 body acne aur itching ki dikkt aayi hai muje.. peyt niche ki trf hai.. khane me namkeen aur khtta hi acha lgta hai abhi tak to..craving hoti hai momos ki, smosa ki, dosa, pav bhaji, golgappe ye kuch.. niagara line 4-5 month mein hi aagyi muje kafi dark to nhi hai,, poori trah se sidhi bhi nahi hai.. hlki si mud gyi pehle nabhi ke niche ki bni ekdm sidhi,, fir jb nabhi ke upr bn ne lgi vo hlki si mudi aur baki upr ko sidhi hai.. aplog btao muje kya hone wala hai 😅😅😅

You can have oats, brown rice, quinoa which are less gluten or gluten free. Also either avoid oil or have olive oil. Have beetroot juice or citrus fruits like oranges, lemon etc
