People are so mean. Imagine yourself in her shoes. The pressure and anxiety she must have felt. I'm sure if you have seen her in practice you will be in awe. She obviously has anxiety problems as well. You can literally feel it through the screen.

завышать или нет решать не вам она красавица...мало кто из красавиц так умеет!Россия вперёд капранова красавица ...а Кабаева обруч не поняла на олимпиаде,а её не тянули зауши?когда ручки коронтикие ножки коронтикие подъёма и выворотности ООО !но она брала характером...а капранава красотои размах ног на неё эстетически приятно смотреть ,а вас простите за манитором не видно...великих спортсменов обсуждать вы сами в зале стояле шпагат тянули?

Totally repetitive routine, the choreography is basically not there, the elements don't fit the music at all, very dirty execution... why the 4th place??

Этой гимнастке всегда завышали оценки. На деле большей растяпы я не видела. Обязательно предметы порастеряет, повороты завалит, равновесие не удержит. Хорошие данные, но для чемпионки этого мало. А ее всегда тянули в чемпионки за уши.

Poor girl... everyone gets nervous sometimes. It takes a ridiculous amount of concentration to carry out these routines, ESPECIALLY at the olympics, and being SO close to a medal. Wish her all the best in her life. But I am amazed at some of the comments here- is this even possible? Are people actually capable of such rancid remarks, towards a hard working sportsperson? For shame... I SINCERELY hope none of them are rhythmic gymnasts o.o

Genius dolphin I completely agree 100%! People don't like her routines because of all the whirls and twirls as it were, but I find it extremely agreeable. I always want more turns in a routine and she gives it to me. Now I will say all the spins might cause her to not execute them as cleanly as if she didn't have so many- but one must acknowledge she does have extreme skills! And none can take away from what she has accomplished

Sooo boring, she's able to do only Y turns, the others are just horrible. Even though I'm Russian I don't like her gymnastics. So many great gymnasts can even dream about any medal on the main competitions, while average gymnast Kapranova is a many times World Champion. I'm glad Bessonova won bronze, she's hundred times better.

clearly even a non RG Fan can see she is overscored she does not deserve scores that is above 17.5+ 4th is a joke, its like do we accept Kabaevas 2004 Olympic gold ? no they didnt deserve it

I believe that you who comment here with she doesnt deserve her 4th place are not professional, the judges are professional, so dont be stupid and keep comment here, you are not the professional one and you cant change the result! You are not the one who can say she deserve or not, the judges are, you only can say you like her performance or not! Anyway, do you really understand the code of points? If you understand that you will know that the judges are right!

your delusional O_O Kapranova did not have great apparatus handling, she was a very clumsy gymnast, very boring with repetitive elements, she was overreliant on her flexibility, she has low and very poor leaps her only good pivots were her double backscale pivots. she should not have made the finals or at least her highest placement is 9th or 10th place !

She really deserved her 4th place, if she didn't do mistake in clubs,she would be 2nd!~ Why everyone is hating her? She did no wrong, she was just trying to do her best, she maybe not good in pivots and was not the best in flexibility, but she has good leaps and good balancing and one of the best in handling apparatus indeed! Of course not good as Kanaeva, but she truly deserved her 4th place!
