Its morning and i feel less anxious. This is all your mind playing games with you Trust me..you are not alone and we love you. You will fight this

I've grown up with anxiety and still have a severe anxiety disorder. Sometimes I have panic/anxiety attacks over days. I have a heavy GABA inbalance, which let's me suffer a lot. So no it didn't make me stronger or whatever bs you said. It made me hopeless, desperate and suicidal. And I don't take any benzodiazepines to get through it. Stop showing that!!!! Those meds are really dangerous. Worst anxiety short film ever. Wow.

I’m 12 and I have anxiety. I cant really explain exactly how it feels but for me to be this young and my anxiety be as bad as it is sucks. You see when It was my first day of 7th grade a few months ago I got to school and I was already feelings sick. I go inside with my dad and 1 minute later I’m outside throwing up. It’s on and off one minutes it’s not as bad. The next. It’s worse again. I was throwing up for about 4 hours. And I was dizzy and and the verge of tears. Anxiety is something that’s hard to fight alone. It’s hard to explain how you feel to someone that’s never had anxiety. And what hurts the worst is. The people that say “just stop being so anxious” but it’s not that easy. You cant stop dead in your tracks of anxiety. Anxiety is constant state of fear. It’s everyday all day and it breaks me down and as soon as I build myself back up it knocks me down again. I have to look fine and seem fine. But I’m not fine. I don’t get sleep because of my anxiety and I hate it I really do. Hate is a strong word but if there is something I really hate on the face of this planet. It’s anxiety. Anxiety kills you. It makes you not like yourself. It makes you feel unworthy. Anxiety cuts deep, the scars may not be visible but they are there you tell people that your feeling anxious and they have 2 choices. They can help you or they can do nothing about it. Nobody helped me for 6 years with my anxiety because I was 6 when it started and it got worse as the years went on. Year by year feeling by feeling. The best feeling you can get is not feeling anxious after feeling anxious. If I could replace anxiety I would.
