      Sabse imp calories h miss, tumhe around 2800 calories touch krne hongi, usse baat na bane to 3500 , carbs khao, protein x se weight ni bdta. Chicken breast, kachha paneer, jesi cheez khao almost roz. Aur running avoid krna , lose hoga fat jitna h wo bhi. Do leg exercises like squats, deadlift etc, and have faith🖤
