Tolerating Jack Tatum was disgraceful. I could have loved the Raiders but for that. Tatum was out there to trying to end people's careers and lives. How Madden could let it happen, I don't know. You'd think spending the night next to Darryl Stingley on a respirator would have woken him up.

The Patriots got shafted in Oakland in 1976 playoffs much worse than the 'immaculate reception" game. Without that, the Raiders don't win the Superbowl. ua-cam.com/video/UjQ3mVZQl1U/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared

can't imagine in a year or so Oakland will have lost the A's possibly to Vegas with the Raiders.

Atkinson was part of a criminal element. One of the dirtiest players I saw in a era full of dirty players. The Steelers were not alter boys but clubbing somebody in the back of the head was a bitch move.

It was never the "Immaculate Reception," it was the "Immaculate DECEPTION!"

The better team won. The Steelers had beat Oakland earlier that season, got lucky in the playoffs game, then beat the raiders again in the 73 regular season…three in a row.

4:05 - When I heard Hanks use the phrase "glass knees" I found it pretty hilarious and have referred to my bum knees that way since. 🤣

Finley reminds me of Jerry Jones, who's Cowboys could've won 4-5 Super Bowls, in a row, but fired Jimmy Johnson, because he wanted his fair share of credit for Cowboys' success...

Finley was far dumber than Jerry jones. The As would have won 5-6 World Series if that dumbass had paid his players.

Findley was a Pompous Ass and clueless on how to deal with people, he would change with the times and pat his best players !!!!! He single handedly destroyed a team that could have one two more World Series !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @depaola63

Reggie said it best! They could have won at least 5 in a row! Charlie Findley was the BIGGEST ASSHOLE to ever own a sports team! NO CLASS!

  • @depaola63

Charlie Findley is what my father would call a " Complete Asshole".....Reggie was at his BEST ever in Oakland! They could have won 5 in a row!

It's all about winning titles. Both teams won titles in the 1970's and (early 80's for Raiders).
