I don’t know the weight but it’s a 9x13 which is a 1/4 sheet cake

There isn’t a particular brand any brand works fine. This size pan was a 8 inch pan

When do the imprint did you let the buttercream harden enough?
Hey Angelina Like I mentioned in this video this is stabilized buttercream which is a crusting buttercream so. For the regular buttercream you won’t be able to do it as easy as this but yes I left the cake over night so that it can have time to crust and then I take the cake out and I use my impression mat to make these patters with no issue hope this helps

I made this cream on December without knowing, coz my my buttercream icing wasn’t enough for my cake coating, so I mixed whipped cream...nd it worked nicely!! 😀

Good day, does your buttercream sweat being in the fridge? Mine does 😓
Depending on how long you leave your cake inside the fridge if you have a crusting butterream once it’s in the fridge or a few hours It will not sweat as fast but keep in mind temperature control if your area where you are working is very hot that can cost a lot of condensation. Aswell as anything that comes out of the fridge or a cold place will be subjected to condensation so that is to be expected but if you leave your cake inside a air conditioned room or area the condensation will be less. My best suggestion is try diff test cakes small one and with diff sets of buttercream and see what works best for the area or environment that you are in. Ps my kitchen stay hot so I work best at night or very very early in the morning aswell as I move fast so that my cake don’t be exposed as much and the freezer is my best friend when I need to get a quick chill hope this helps

Either candy melts with some shortening added to thing it out or chocolate
