Amazing sir
I've been in the freelance space for more than 3 years. It's been rewarding for me, and I can relate well with what you've shared. At the moment I'm trying to transition into 9-5 not because of the stability of income but because of the stability of time. Thank you for sharing as I find it very helpful and relatable. Cheers 🥂

The more you know about the business the better your mental models to present ideas that positively impact the business. Even as a startup founder, this statement has been what makes me look like "He knows so much about this" "How can come up with these ideas". Thank you for these lessons.

Thanks for watching!
As an early stage developer (3yoe), my desire is to stay as long as I can at a place most (if not all) boxes are checked for all factors you discussed. But at the same time, my compensation at my company is quite too low that I find it rather dangerous to stay because even increments in 3months interval for the next year wouldn't reach my goal. I plan to job hop soon but I fear that recruiters may see that as a red flag as this is now my second company with less than 2 years each working. What would you advise please 🙏
Hi, I understand you, and this is a common fear that people have. However, you can reduce the chances of this going wrong by) building a solid portfolio of projects or writing some articles online. This is a solid way to show your knowledge to recruiters before they jump on a call with you. b) don't leave your current job until you find another job. The safety net of your job is your biggest bargaining chip during the interview process. c) Review the feedback you get from recruiters and figure out areas of improvement.
I find this response timely. Thank you @@AyoAregbede
