Because for that girl to say she has a diagnosed medical disorder and for your reply to be "nah, you just got curly hair and need to moisturise it" implying you know better than her doctors? It makes you sound super ableist and dismissive. It would be like someone saying they suffer from ezcema or psoriasis or rosacia and you being like 'nah, your skin just dry. Moisturise it." Diseases, disorders etc don't work like that. Like I said, I think your content is chill and I don't mind you not finishing videos but maybe don't give advice if you didn't understand the context of what you were watching.

Just as a friendly tip from a fellow natural, you could try to move slower with the heat brush/ blow dryer, that also counts as manipulation on the hair that causes breakage. If it's too hot for your scalp it's ok to use a medium heat setting. I hope that helps a little with the naps.

Be careful with the blowdryer brush! I used it on my friends hair and their ends started to thin really bad, Naptural85 discussed it in one of her videos.

I understand what you mean about not know you- as you get older it’s harder for parents to know what their ADULT kids like oR ain’t into. Sometimes they haven’t given themselves the opportunity to know the ADULT you are. I know it’s hard and kinda frustrating when they do that but give them the opportunities to in gauge in your interest and find things that you can and are willing to do with them individually. It do work. Best of luck to you and your hair is beautiful. Me and my girls do diamond painting and paint by numbers. One I love to hike with and the other on we enjoy cooking and crafts.
