@gogreen_0 yes , because even in the video you can see that shaykh shuwayer حفظه الله mentions the beginners to start with one narration and opinion then do tahqiq , and then move onto two narrations , then the ijma on issues and so on . The shaykh gave a few examples of issues having some differences as the people sitting in the gathering were طلاب العلم ( students of knowledge) and not beginners and laymen like us so that would be much more beneficial for them than for us and we don't understand usool ul fiqh or any stuff of that sort pertaining to the matter . بارك الله فيك

Walaykum Assalam The shaykh is athari not ashari and not all of the scholars of this channel will be ashari, only some. If you see a fiqh video on this channel, the shaykh speaking will most likely be ashari. As for videos regarding aqeedah tafsir hadith etc these videos will be athari shaykhs.

If the base assumption was that words aren't literal nothing would have meaning and it's not neccesary to argue about whether words mean what they mean it's quite idiotic when you put it like that

Look at the first word in surah zukhruf verse 13. Allah himself uses the word istawa to mean sit. لِتَسۡتَوٗا عَلٰى ظُهُوۡرِهٖ "so that you may sit firmly on their backs"

Istawa = rose, the salaf gave meanings for it. See verse 3:7, it completely demolishes the idea of doing ta'weel of Allah's sifaat. Allah Himself says that those who seek to find a ta'weel of the mutashabihaat have deviance in their hearts. It is He who has sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Book; in it are verses [that are] precise - they are the foundation of the Book - and others unspecific. As for those in whose hearts is deviation [from truth], they will follow that of it which is unspecific, seeking discord and seeking a ta'weel (interpretation) [suitable to them]. And no one knows its [true] ta'weel (interpretation) except Allah . But those firm in knowledge say, "We believe in it. All [of it] is from our Lord." And no one will be reminded except those of understanding.

@@fawaz_a Who said this specific statement? Who did you hear it from? Do you have an isnaad for this statement that goes back to the prophet Salla Allahu Alayhi Wa Sallam? The salaf gave 4 meanings for the word istiwaa/istawa and none of them said it refers to sitting. The aathaar of sitting on the Throne are different, they use the word juloos (their authenticity is disputed, although I won't get into that now). والاستواء معلوم معناه في اللغة العربية، فاستوى بمعنى: علا وارتفع وصعد واستقر، وهذه المعاني الأربعة تدور عليها تفاسير السلف لصفة الاستواء، فالله تعالى مستو على عرشه بهذه المعاني الأربعة كما يليق بجلاله وعظمته. The meaning of 'Istiwaa' is well-known in the Arabic language. It means to rise, ascend (two different meanings for this in Arabic), or settle, and these four meanings are the basis of the interpretations of the scholars of the salaf regarding the attribute of Istiwaa. As for your question, that is inferred from the Qur'an and sunnah itself, for example when Allah mentions about His Speech, the language Allah uses to describe it denotes the fact it's haqiqi and not majazi. وَكَلَّمَ ٱللَّهُ مُوسَىٰ تَكْلِيمًۭا And Allah spoke to Moses with (direct) speech (4:164) The i'raab of the word تَكْلِيمًۭا in Arabic grammar is as follows: "تَكْلِيمًا: An absolute object (مفعول مطلق) that is in the accusative case, and its case is marked by the visible fatha (فتح) on its ending." Allah stressed the word كَلَّمَ (spoke) with the word تَكْلِيمًۭا, which outlines the nature of that speech (i.e. accusative in grammatical terminology). And what does this imply? It implies, my dear friend, that the speech Musa alayhissalam heard that day when he was on Mount Tur was directly from Allah.

I thought exactly the same thing. Why post ashari scholars, but then you do not endorse or promote their aqeedah? Also, he posts non-ashari scholars videos.
