There is a bunch of outside renovations going on at our Vacation Short Term Rental(STR). So I took the opportunity to make some noise on the inside as well. Initial walkaround of the original "Hovel". It's in bad shape and will need a whole lot of work. Everything from foundation, roof, full electric, all the plumbing,...you name it. Time lapse tiling the kitchen backsplash as part of our renovation. This is the last apartment of a quadplex we purchased. We had to disconnect the hot water heater to replace some old metal pipes. Now it's back in place and has to be connected. Just a quick time lapse. This is the 4 unit we had to do this in since we purchased this property, so I was pretty quick with this one.
