@ Much different River Des Plaines has been too low by me. Had to make a haul down south. Yes great size though I’m sure there’s a few 30’s roaming the banks by you as well. The colder the weather the bigger they’ve been getting for me.

@krisfitz1235 yeah they come out of the deep holes when it gets cooler and spread out in the shallower water glad ur having success 🙌

@krisfitz1235 down there the river is bigger and less structured, find any structure like bridges , brush piles or small creeks flowing into the river and throw spoons to cover ground once you find good structure fish it hard, if you find deep spots fish the slack water around them and if you can't find them with lure bring some large golden roach minnows and float them on bobbers you will find them with minnows and then you know where they are and keep fishing those spots with lures as well hope you Catch them man!!

@rodneyritchie8846 glad to hear u are fishing and glad to hear there's pike over 30" out there !! I've had trouble finding the biggins since they tore the dams out!

@rodneyritchie8846 also idk if you fish the lake Michigan but there are some giant pike in the harbors now I've tried several times to catch them I'm hoping it happens so I can make a video !! Big ones over 40 " just hard to catch but there are there!
