With a love of writing as a form of escapism from the sleepiness of my hometown of Adelaide (South Australia), and music a shared passion among my culturally diverse family, I found myself immersed in Jazz classics like Abbey Lincoln's Abbey is Blue (1959) and Cassandra Wilson's Blue Light 'Til Dawn (1993) from a young age. These two albums gave me insights into the depths that music could easily move into, both written and musically.
As a freelance writer and music/theatre critic with over twenty years experience, I have been fortunate enough to review and interview artists from all around the world such as Lady Miss Kier (Deee-Lite), Dianne Reeves, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings, Cassandra Wilson and Angelique Kidjo. As well as many local Australian artists such as Kate Ceberano, Wendy Matthews and the late Renée Geyer amongst others.
I am here to share my experiences and love of music with those all over the world and ensure that the music is always heard.

Ace was better
I was fortunate to see them with all original members. Ace made eddie van halen look like a beginner. Seen van halen with Roth, van halen 2 album and with Hagar at Texas jam, monsters of rock at LA Coliseum and 3 other times. Still Ace was waaaaaay better😊😊😊😊😊
