When I gained consciousness, everyone was chained. The fact those those chains were utterly stained helped me realize that they had been used for quite some time now. Something felt off, though. Given that I was in a sea of humans, it was impossible for me to have everyone in my sight, but none that I could see appeared to be discomforted by how they seemingly had to shape their lifes in so far as the length of their respective chains allowed. But just why? With the sentiment that some stained chain couldn’t dictate my life, I hit the chain of social norms which gripped me by the waist with this shiny and sharp axe that I hadn’t previously realized I was holding in my hand, and I broke free at a single blow.
