Sigma on Master. They removed a lot of puzzles from the original including the one to swap out the bow for the strongbow.

@@IRUKANJI oh ok, I know once you get the bow you cannot take it off. I always hated the look of Ryu with the bow on its back. Lol

@@smitty8254 In sigma the headpiece is the azure dragon helm which greatly increases damage out but lowers defense and every guide says to use it to get master ninja cause the enemies are too tanky to clear a lot of the instances on time.

I need to pick up a capture card, OBS, and a 360 to hit that. I miss the puzzles and never played black, just the OG.

@@AbraxasEchazarretaEstrella Ninja Gaiden is the older franchise, original shinobi came out on sega arcade machines but NG was NES. I think Shinobi got a reboot on the PS2 to contest Ninja Gaiden as that came out almost at launch on Xbox

It's weird at first, but you really get used to it, wonderful game I can't recommend enough.

Had to unlock those. Actually just finished uploading the Master and very hard playthroughs.

I'll think about it except the game is broken so none of the mechanics make any sense. There seems to be a brick limit and if you've got too many bricks loaded in an area the game is incapable of calculating your ship's buoyancy. I finally flew far enough away my ship dropped like 200 feet and nearly broke up over a mountain.

@@maikiomi The other part is that they adjusted the physics and if there are enough bricks rendered in your area the physics will get borked and it won't calculate your height. You can keep adding pieces and nothing changes, then you cross to a despawn radius and your ship drops 100 feet.

The camera is still the biggest enemy for me. I got it stuck behind a pillar in the second Alma fight, like a 6" wide pillar and the camera just stayed there.

How far do you have to get in the survival modes cause I am not looking forward to having to beat Doku over and over again.

@@IRUKANJI Its not required for the plat, you just have to beat all the missions on master ninja difficulty, so that means beating every mission 4 times.

I played RE on the WiiU so there were no trophies or achievements I can remember.

He is possibly the best boss too, seems like the most difficult next to the final boss.

You can't change camera speed either.

I might have to start over on normal and stream it then.

it's the arguments falling over to "this game good cuz this a challenging game exists between dumb pause heal save load game" Dark souls moveset and keyframes today is shit, but it was a thing you only saw on fighting games or 5 frame beat em up attack, Dark Souls visuals and keyframes combat was the shit in that time.

I am playing on hard in Sigma which is a mistake of hubris, do not attempt. All the bosses get mooks and all the regular looks are replaced by elite mooks. Hard is NG+

Master ninja is worse, I completed all difficulties

I agree wholeheartedly. I was just a kid at that time and remembered how awesome the gaming experience was for the game. I did not play any of the sequels and wish they would continue this series now. This was the first game that I truly consider to be hard but fun and entertaining. Souls like games are just too punishing.

Technically the programmers kinda gave him a big defense box so as long as you win, that is all that matters!

Eventually in the higher difficulties, the wall jump slashes dont always work midway into the fight. Plus you get more enemies throwing upgraded shurikens. He is indeed alot more difficult than any boss in the game just because you got no upgrades and his defense is high
