Thank you! We were just out on our home lake, Lake Minnetonka. We are planning to do a trip either to Vermillion or Winnie at the end of the month. You can’t beat Lake of The Woods for numbers and big eyes but if you’re looking to stay closer I would say Leech Lake. The first time we went to Vermillion, we struggled trying to figure out the lake late fall but we got into numbers but nothing big. Then our second time up we got it a little more dialed in. If going to vermilion don’t be afraid to fish deep!

First time I put insurance on my phone so new one was next day delivery!! Learned my lesson after last ice season losin one down a hole😂

@@relfishing are they able to retrieve all your info off the phone you lost onto your new phone, pictures, etc. Things like that?... Just wondering in case it happens to me 😬

@@patrickethier6190yes! If you have an iPhone as long as you back your phone up regularly it will all be there when you log into your new phone…not sure how androids work tho 😬 but I never back up my phone and for some reason it auto backed up that day…I got lucky!!😅

It has been a tougher couple days with the drop in temps over the weekend. We fish mainly on the west end of the lake. Work shallow!!

It’s the tranx 400 - I swapped it onto that rod cuz my diawa pro rex needed respooling but I prefer my pro rex over the tranx!!

@@relfishing couple of friends and I caught our limit of 15 the other day and not one put up a fight. I prefer fishing small mouth. That is a fun fish to catch.

That’s awesome! It was insane how many fish came in - so much fun. Our guide was phenomenal. He had us on the river at his spot by 4am almost every day. I can see how it gets crowed - we would pass rows and rows of people on just one bar on our way in! We definitely will be coming back!!

Hell yah. Mav and Minndak luv it here too. You’ll soon be a regular here. So much to explore. Wait till you do a guided plane into a remote river.

Oh for sure! A fly in is already something we said will be on next year’s trip!!
