Thank you for all the support everyone! I know it has been a bit since I posted a video, but I am working on something bigger! Hopefully can share something again soon =)
Let's start with some speed builds and see where we end up =) My gallery name is " lilkaitie "
I've got a couple different builds on the go, so I'm not sure what will be next. Suggestions are welcome 😊
Barn Wedding Venue - Sims 4 Speed Build - Lakeside Wedding
I built a barn wedding venue in Chestnut Ridge with a little lake! It has an indoor and outdoor ceremony space, with a sweetheart table for the couple and family style dinner tables for your guests.
Upstairs is a bridal suite and a second more intimate bar.

This one took a while to finish but I think it was worth it! To celebrate the launch of curseforge for The Sims 4 creator mods, I decided to start a series where I feature one CC Creator per build. Finally finished a video! I have changed my gallery name to " authenticKATE " with a 'c' and a 'k' A two level contemporary apartment with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Is this lot available to download?
Yes! But because it is an apartment, it takes a few extra steps to get it into the game. The guide at the end of the video can help you 🙂

Hi just downloaded your build and I love it! I just have one question, how were able to get fish in the water behind the sauna? I can’t figure it out 😔
No worries! The aquariums are shrunk down so you have to spot them in the rocks the click on them. If you hover over they'll highlight which might help. Once you click on them you can stock them. Hope that helps!

why when i deleted the floor, the stair deleted too😢
It could be that there was a fence piece missing still. There should be a fence piece at the top of the stairs as well. You can also try holding the shift key while deleting the floor. Hope that helps!

I'm not entirely sure! The inspiration pictured called it a 'Belgian Farmhouse'. Inside I'd say contemporary.

Yeah, we have EA to thank for that annoying issue lol. I wish you could just upload apartments as a whole apartment. It would make it so much easier. But thank you! ☺️☺️

how you delete the part of the floor of the second floor I try and everything is deleted :(
As long as the section is closed off with a fence or a wall, hold the shift button while you click to delete. Sometimes that helps! Good luck 😊

If only the pre-built apartments were like this... The original spire apartment is so wasteful of space; the level with the bedrooms is a loft and barely uses any of the available space, and the entire bottom floor is just a pool! Honestly props to you, the design looks amazing. I wish I could live there IRL 😅
Could you imagine? That would be so nice lol. I'm considering redoing it again in a different way.

I think I do actually have a Reno on that lot! I just haven't posted a full video on it. It's featured a little bit in my first 'sims 4 in one' video (penthouse aries). I should do it again too though 🤔
