Do you need to treat the sheet metal after or you can coat right on it?

How big of a compressor and what type/model blaster are you using? Does the soda blaster have the option to switch over to using glass?

Do you have any trouble with warping the panels using glass

Excellent. I used a masonry tool which draws sand up into the water jet, so it was a wet sand blast with medium sand...worked well, since the water kept the aluminum from waving at all, left it velvety for paint. But the soda blast looks like a great system, wish I could try one, or see it in action myself. Thanks.
