Once again McKelvey Homes "Kwaliity" is falling apart in our new house. 4 times in less than 3 years our slider doors won't latch/lock. McKelvey says they "have met the warranty obligations". 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐱, 𝐢𝐭'𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐝. They have worked on the deck outside the sliding doors at least 10 times. The deck was separating from the house after less than 1 year. This door latch is just one thing in a stream of at least 50 things that were or still are wrong with our McKelvey Home.
