I don't know if you still take video recommendations since it's been a year, but i am in desperate need on how to stop getting juked, i play defensive tackle and i get past the line fine, but i always get juked and slip selling the play. Man. Im glad i came across this. Not for me. For my son. Yea, hes a youth athlete but he struggles with confidence. Its crazy bc is his teams hype man. But ye has no confidence or self esteem himself. Hes a great player but beats himself up to much. I cant wait to let him watch this. His strength is is brain. But sometimes also his weakness. Overthinking is a problem for him. Awesome video man. We will be watching the rest of these together.

Hey, I play End for my team, I'm 5.6" and I usually have outside contain as my asignment. But I allways try to get to the QB offcourse, but it's hard when I'm 90% of the time up against huge guys that can just turn around to delay me enough for them to make a play.
