Stay away from Gosia Miras and KE MANAGMENT they have violated many state laws. The manager of this building stated to me that The owner does not pay him for his work in maintenance of the properties so for those reasons he charges 1200 for wear and tear fees. Violation of section 1950.50 this man basically said my security deposit is a budget to his repair job. Something is not right. If you are watching this video and you are new in town.. Don't do buisness with Gosia Miras and KE MANAGMENT I believe the manager is lying. Be wants 1200 dollars because KE MANAGMENT DOES NOT PAY HIM.. NOT THE TENANTS ISSUE. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS I will be speaking of this situation in my podcast as well as fellow colegues podcast discussing how to protect yourselves from unlawful actions from leasing agents and MANAGMENT employees.
