Window Vent Visor
Do you know how to keep your car cooler when it is sitting out in the sun? A window vent visor will keep the inside of your vehicle from heating up from the sun by letting the windows to remain open some. This allows the inside of the vehicle to vent and remain cooler. Window vent visors can be found in several colors and styles. The vent visors allow the window to be open at the top while keeping the rain out if a shower pops up. Give this video a look. You might decide to try a pair out for yourself.

Thank you for sharing this.
I started turning a year or so ago on a mini harbor freight lathe. Despite some of the reviews, I found it to be just like any other tool. If you respect it, do the proper maintenance, and don’t try to treat it like it stole something from you, it has worked flawlessly. I’m now in the process of upgrading to a full size lathe which most I’ve looked at are in the $3000 range. I’ve been curious about the grizzly lathes. I know many people who use their joiners and planers and love them. You’ve given me something to think about. If the company cares enough to recall certain pieces of their machinery for customer safety, that says something.
I agree. I was pleasantly surprised myself. It did take a few months for the new pieces to arrive. However they did let me know that upfront as they were made overseas. I have bought from them in the past and will buy from them again. Thanks for taking the time to comment.
Great video.
Always good to hear. I’m glad you like. Thanks for the comment.
They are beautiful. 👏👏👍👍🇦🇺🇦🇺
Thank you. It’s always good to hear. :-)
You like chemicals in ur food, there's gone be constant moisture,on the bottom of that lid,& you got all sorts of chemicals, stain, clear coat, what else,
Not for food. Mostly for looks. We have it sitting in the living room. I keep my BP cuff and scope in it.
Igniter def was popping my outlets. Now to get the new one in
Hope I helped some. Good luck and thanks for the reply. 😊
Nice little project right up my alley! Great Job man.
Thanks for the reply. Glad you like it.
Great video Ray! Will need to do this soon! God bless
Thank you :-)
I had the same saw with the Ridgid brand for over 10 years, I had build many kitchen cabinets and the saw still going, the saw it’s not perfect but it does the job. I have a out fit table and a left side table and help a lot cutting big panels.
I like that idea. I can see making an outfeed table for this.
Good Job
Thanks
What brand are those stains? my father seen this video and is looking for them!
For the most part I use Minwax. I like the capillary properties of that brand. Hope he enjoys making these. I do. Thanks :- )
Awesome!!!
Thanks. Now I know how to open a box.
How can i gat the machine
I ordered it directly from grizzly.
I like it. Another fun project.
Thanks.
I just finished putting together the same saw, but I can't loosen the arbor flange nut for the life of me! Have you been able to change blades yet?
I haven’t tried to change blades as of yet. I plan to in a few months.
Nice job Ray! Looks great, keep it up
Thanks, will do!
Very poor explanation of mixing colors. One is left to “assume” you used spray paint sprayed into a cup with epoxy (if yes, what color epoxy) then poured it on the table top. Common, you can do better than this!!!
Thanks for bringing that to my attention. I'm still learning & not sure how to edit this. I added a text comment to help explain.
Bravo. Nicely done. Definitely a unique approach to a barn quilt. Love the 3D effect.
Thank you
This saw looks identical to the maksiwa sc.1000.i, but this one have a lower HP rating. It's 800 at Menards, which is a fair but cheaper and free ship to store. Curious for the saw is working out for you.
It is a huge upgrade for me. The only glitch I had was I needed to get a 12 gauge extension cord for it to work. The smaller cords had too much draw on start up. After calling the company and upgrading to a 12 gauge extension cord it works great. I have ripped 12’ boards and cut 3/4” sheet goods so far. No problem.
How do you like your maksiwa? If i may ask, Cant seem to find many reviews on it by people that have used it more then 5 minutes
Really like it 😊
Very nice. New subscriber. 😊😊🇦🇺🇦🇺
Thanks
Looks exactly like a ridgid table saw
It may be made by the same company. I don't know. It does work very well for me. Thanks.
This countertop was made with epoxy from StonecoatCountertops.com. Check them out.
That's a lot of wobble when you crank the adjustment wheels.
I noticed that when I looked back on the video. Then I realized it was sitting on the wheels and not the floor. No wobble when it’s solid on the floor. I tried to make a note about that in that section. Live and learn. Thanks for your input. Subscribe if you haven’t yet and I’ll try to do better :-)
'Dove si compra?
I ordered it from Menards.
your sound quality on your voice is so bad that the music you were added just interferes with the voice more. Having a hard time hearing it all. 0:40
Thanks. I’ll check it out.
I use amana blades---not thin kerf. I use amana dados. Razor sharp. this saw does not have the power to cut hardwood dados or reliably cut hardwood without burning it. Its way underpowered. Its a contractor saw---made for plywood and 2x4s, obc, and building a house.
These were made by steel city in china, rebadged rikon, craftsman, mastercraft, and ridgid. I wish you had shown the trunnion adjustment. I have the sears version and have for 10 years. I threw away the garbage fence and got a vega---which can be transferred to any table saw--best investment I made. Now the blade/slot is not in line, and if I can't adjust it- to the trash it will go. I paid 400$ for it- you get what you pay for---I could have got a granite table cabinet saw from sears at the time for 799$ but it was super heavy and I had no way to get it home. I should have found a way. These saws are NOT for fine cabinet making. You can do "OK" but these are not super accurate precise table saws. I dont care if you use 250$ blades, change the fence, get rid of the toy mitre gauge and get an incra (I recommend) they still are not 100% precise. They are fair at best.
Awesome work!!! I love mine!! Thx
Glad you like it!
Another nice job. Thanks, Ray.
Glad to hear. Thanks
I had that same saw for 3 years and ended up hating the saw for a lot of reasons and bought a harvey cabinet saw
Hopefully any glitches have been worked out by now. 👍
@raystoolbox I'm giving the saw away to a friend at work.. but I hope the saw works wonders for you and all your projects pay very close to the fence the 2 set screws on the front to square up the fence to the miter slot kept loosening which would put the fence out of square which can be dangerous it's just a friendly warning if you can find a good solution to keep the screw from moving but not freezing them from adjustment let me know cause I tried everything nothing seemed to work
Thanks for the info
What an amazing idea! Even though the pieces are cut identical, the placement of the colors make each one unique! Well done!
Thank you so much! I appreciate your time to comment.
You showed the wheels , but never demonstrated them working to show the saws mobility. That is of huge importance to me.
Sorry about that. The wheels pick the saw up and it rolls easily. I did show moving the saw some. I did not show actually using the pedal. When you pick the wheels back up to set the saw back down it seems to "drop" the saw back to the floor. You can see that in the video. Not a big deal, but it does sound bad.
Anything else your unhappy with Mr. Karen
Almost identical to my Rigid. I found that the aluminium Bocsh router table bolts right on to the right end of the table saw, extending the table out to the end of the fence bars perfectly. Saw works great single blade but doesnt like big dados, needs a 3-5hp motor.
Thats good to know, Thanks. A dado set up is in my future.
I’ve heard that table saw was built by Ridgid, but private labeled for Rikon. Is that right? How do you like it?
All the paperwork has Rikon on it. Is it made by someone else? I don’t know. Not unusual these days. I have upgraded from a $150 table saw so anything will seem better. That being said, I like it! The saw is heavy, sturdy and solid. I haven’t had a lot of time to use it yet. It was easy to assemble and everything was in adjustment. It has a large top for sheet goods. I feel like this will be the only table saw I will ever need. Thanks for your interest. If you haven’t subscribed go for it. I have a dust collector to assemble next :-)
@@raystoolbox I agree it looks like a very nice table saw. Good luck with it and hope you enjoy it for a long time!!👍🏻✅

Those are awesome, great work and great idea. Thank you for sharing.
Glad you like them!
What did you use for the wood?
You may have missed it in the video. I used 3/8” plywood for the back. I used plaster lathe for the decorative pieces on the front. I ripped 1” wood to 3/4” strips to make the frame. Thanks for your interest. I really appreciate it. ❤
Nice decorations
Love it
Looks nice. Good video
Thanks 👍
looking good, its going to be a great camper
Thanks. I appreciate that.
looking great,
Thanks. Baby steps :- )

Nicely done. I need to get on it and install an air cleaner in my shop.
