20g Butter
two spoon Mustard Oil
Salt
Chopped Garlic
Corriander leaves
Chilli Flakes
How to cook
Chook Mushroom into slices
Chop Garlic into small pieces
Prepare Chilli Flakes
Chop Corianer leaves into small pieces
Add Mushroom to oil and butter, cook for 2 minutes.
Once Mushroom releases water, then add chopped Garlic
Leave it to cook for another 2 minutes to dry the water content
Add some more butter and pinch of salt for taste
Keep frying, add chilli flakes
Sprinkle some pepper and fry it
spread chopped coriander leaves and fry for another couple of minutes
Mushroom will turn brownish color and then can serve
