Kaya nga ginawa kong informative yung vlog ko, so that you already have a guide what to do. Ijustify mo yung need ng elevator since consuming magprovide ng ramp papunta sa second floor. But usually depende na rin kasi yan sa mga iproprovide mong services sa second and third floor kasi baka concentrated lang naman yung public ang busy areas sa ground. Hindi lang siya practical for a small building, verify mo lang sa building laws kung stated na di naman siya bawal for third floor. :) Also, hindi pwedeng palitan yung stairs sa ramp because you have to have both :)

PUP Graduate po ang nagdesign ng new building sa campus. Ang reality rin po kasi talaga is yung budget constraints siguro. And also po, pag university design po kasi mahigpit at hindi pwede basta magdesign ng ibang itsura since may sinusunod po siyang format ng designing.

Hello! Depends on the company. But if you will compare offers sa jobstreet, linked in etc. most range from 15k-19k PHP. Mahirap makahanap ng magandang work rin, and there are still companies that exploit fresh grads to the point that the salary offered is lower than 10k. Know your worth kumbaga.

Hello! From google maps, binakat ko siya sa Autocad. Pero may easier way to do it, CADmapper website where makakakuha ka ng cadfile ng actual map.
