The Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar is a Restoration facility dedicated to putting Spitfires back in the air. The Heritage Hangar has the largest collection of Spitfires in the world, in one location, and houses around 16 Spitfires of different marks

As well as Hangar Tours, we also offer flights in a Two Seat Spitfire. None of our Two Seat Spitfires are replicas or modern rebuilds, One of Our Spitfires (MJ627), shot down a Messerschmitt 109 over Arnhem in 1944. We Offer Tours round our hangar starting from £39 per person. On top of the Hangar tours we also offer Sit in the Spitfire, for an extra £30. We Offer many different tours: Hangar Tour, from £39. The engine is so much smaller then a German db601 no wonder the British needed 150 octanes vs Germany’s 87 to make power.
I would like to thank you as a Greek for the English support during the WW2 and for the restoration of this British beast. It's a huge honour for Greeks to have an operational Spitfire and we owe it to you!
