Eddie Barefield!! Super reedman Milt I met - told me he was playing the same bass he had all his life. Very nice person Sammy played wonderful piano - this is a nice memory of NYC jazzman - Joe was remarkable and accepted by all the best as we see here.

A blast from the past. The tune is "Someday" Sweetheart ". Can't remember the Clarinet players name either. It might come to me. I enjoyed those gigs too.

It was a nice bit of you and your bass when it was still shiny, but the sound was almost non-existant I'm afraid, Hopefully by now they've made enough money to get the walls plastered, or at least a stool for the drummer? This is top rate, but in addition to doing this great classic rock & roll it's a shame they couldn't create something of their own...Ian Dury comes to mind as someone that could do that & did in fact do that..🤔
