How did you get the stairs like that? Are those ones in for rent?

I’m pretty sure attraction is based on your sims turn ons/turn offs as long as you don’t have mods messing with it. I’m not sure if you’ve done this already, but you could take a look to see what they have as their preferences and either change them or update certain things about your sims’ style/preferences, etc. Hopefully he doesn’t hate blue clothes or hair since that’s a non negotiable haha. I was also going to mention a while back that you can find out who’s married/has kids more easily through your own family tree, as long as you’re related or can get to someone related it’s pretty easy to snoop! I do realize the house splitting needed to happen though haha
