Hello mate,got 2004 Vauxhall movano 2.5 dti, only have map sensor no maf on airbox, checked the actuator looks fairly new, changed map sensor,checked the power to map sensor,still no boost,any suggestions?is your wastegate work on vaccum to pull wastgate or pressure to push wastegate?my one works on pressure, thanks

Many thanks, we just followed this today and successfully changed the starter.

The exact same happended to my starter. Renault Master 2, 2006, 2,5 dCi, 190.000km. Changed it last week, works like a charm now.

Excellent vid well informed thanks may have to do this on my vivaro 11 plate 2.0cdti we did the new clutch and slave 6 months ago and now the clutch just slightly crushed for first 10 miles cold. So thought ill try bleed the slave nip. How ever now clutch doesn't return and couldn't get fluid through the slave nip so will have to check the return spring and this clutch section dam vivaro it's been good so far thanks again have subscribed

If I was gonna do that, I’d of replaced the whole lot. Shock absorber, spring, top mount, dust covers. Good idea to do both sides too.

Any experience with faulty separator valve on these engines? Think mines knacked and don't know how to test

Wow 😮 you don't have to do all that what you have done you have created more work and more expense for the customer. I'm so glad my father taught me from an early age to do my own repairs to my own and rest of families cars. I'm doing my own vw jetta tomorrow. And I always take pics of work I do on cars.

Great video and very well explained, but at the end you mentioned about having to have the correct software for reprograming the actuators if you change the hydraulic fluid. The software and hardware needed is lexia 3 and Diagbox and it also has to be used after fitting a new clutch for realignment of the clutch and bitting point, Did you do that as not mentioned at all in the video ?? otherwise this video is very well explaind keep up the good work. I just rebuilt my valve with a kit from Amazon. Works great now. There are 4 connections on the valve. Inlet, out to left side, out to right side and on the very bottom the outlet going to the windscreen washer fluid reservoir.

Used pressure tester, holds pressure but clutch still on floor, goes in gear easily when engine off, when clutch reverse bled holds for 4 days only

OMG these are geat vans if you think this is a hard job you need to change your job there very easy to work on believe me alot easy then other vans & cars I've just done one the other day very simple and quick to change if your doing right i can't believe how rough you are and not using the right tools just ragging the plastics and snapping the bolts just use some lube lol😅 you need to think about changing your trade I'm gob smacked 😮

I’ve got a c4 grand Picasso the actuator is getting empty and oil is dripping by the gearbox, would this be the slave cylinder? Does the actuator oil go threw to slave cylinder?

Hi would it be possible to do this guide for a MK4 2.2 tdci (200bhp) KNBA engine. It's the facelift model that uses the Peugeot HDI engine. I've searched & searched but can't find any guides for it anywhere
