Thank you, this is very clear and concise. I have a trapped femoral nerve causing numbness in my inner thigh and hyper sensitivity in my knee cap. Can you suggest anything please?

What do I do if the pain down my leg does not go away with the modified exercises? I CAN do the backwards arches and the sliding deflection without pain.
Groun strain. Adductor and Groun magus..doing RICE.. isometric and pain no better if i move..at all .standing from sit .sit from standing the worse Im an amputee..other side .so now all the strain has caused issues with prosthetic pain .im running out of legs😅
What if you have developed crepitus in the neck what can we for that ty????

When rotating, do you rotate towards the painful side or the other one.

It’s for a movement disorder called a “derangement” . Basically a stiff neck joint
It's a start for some basic neck pain. If it does not resolve, I recommend an in person examination.

Hi Dr. 3rd concussion right now. Neck pain especially sleeping. Pain on right neck, shoulder, and arm. I’ve had pain like this throughout my other 2 concussions but since I’m experiencing my 3rd is pretty bad right now. The exercises you showed, the chin tuck doesn’t feel great but the extension back does. The chin tuck plus the side bend to the right feels good but when I chin tuck and rotate to the right kills me. Can you help me with some insight and tips? I am not working right now and don’t have benefits so I can’t afford specialists. Please help me help myself. thank you
