One of my favorite specs of all time but right now if feels a bit bloated with the amount of spells to press that don t feel that impactful

for me if it does not do good DPS it's not fun because I'm sick and I want my name to be in the top 5 all the time lol but it should not be the case for you as well.

I think it was always like this. All MMOs have some kind of grind but I think this expansion makes it fun at least.

You make some valid points. The tactic doesn't suck but it has 1 flaw I would say. There are no lateral runs. So to make it better change one W for a IW and one WB for a IWB or IFB if you concede a lot of goals. Sorry I forgot to mention this but I wanted to present the tactic as it is since I am just testing it, not created it.🤗🤗

@@Just1nred My best version, so far, of a 4-4-2 goes like this: PF(support) PF(attack) IW(attack) Winger(support) DM(defend)/anchor Segundo(attack) FB (support) CB CB(stopper) IWB(defend) I played that tactic with 1860 Munich after promotion and the Idea was to create an underdog tactic that focused on counters. So I pulled the CM´s back into the DM position for more security cause in this years game it seams to be kinda suicidal to go without. The Anchor/DM has the player instruction to mark the OM position and its basicly his only job in this tactic. U could try a BWM but the segundo also tends to chase the ball while defending so i wanted something more stable in front of my back 4. The PF have the instruction to mark the opponents DM. The Idea was let the opponent into my half, press him outside, attack him aggresivly, win the ball back and bombing forward. So i played a midblock on offensive mentality and without gegenpress. Triggerpress more often, outside pressing trap. The PF´s mark the DM´s to force the opponents CB´s either to a risky pass that can be intercepted or to play the ball wide where i set up the pressing trap. That worked out really well but its an underdog tactic so at some point u gonna struggle especially against teams that are defensive minded themself. Hope that provided some inspiration. I really love the 4-4-2 since i had a lot of fun with it in FM23 but in this years game it seems to struggle.

@@tombkingsethbattlechannel9419 Maybe when you get into the higher leagues you can move the midfielders up into BBM or BMW so you can properly defend on 2 lines. But I love the insight from a 442 Master!

I like a 442, 433 and 4231 myself

@@GYRFM Classic Formations are indeed the best. 4231 Is the most complete tactic with the fewest amounts of flaws but the 433 can be better with the right midfielders.

Arsene is in my opinion the manager that changed English football the most. For that and the job he did at Arsenal, he will forever be in my Top 3.

The points you make are great and true. But for me, I had in mind to make a strong tactic that replicates the way Spain dominates every opponent and less how every player moves on the field because as you said it's tough to replicate in FM. Thanks for the input.

Hi, for Winger try Octavian Popescu. As for left back Borza is the only one that can help you in Champions League. And for midfield try Boloca from Sassuolo maybe you can get him or the types of Razvan Marin.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience in Phase 1. I did not like it that much either but Phase 2 was much better and Phase 3 is looking very promising man. You might wanna give it another chance.

When I made this tier list hunter was best at everything. I admit that now it is a bit outdated.

Why should it be a grueling grind? If it's equal gear. I'm usually pretty decked out on each toon after raiding 3 times... now that the raids reset twice per week you can be in full raid gear in 3 weeks easy. I can't understand why if the gear matched the pve gear for solo players make them grind until phase 3 to get everything on 1 character?

@@holymacr0 obviously not till phase 3, by gruelling grind i mean similar to rep grinding, so that you have to actually put effort in to complete the rep in a timely manner and not just afk in bg's! if you add easily attainable loot to pvp it's going to encourage slackers to join and go afk... i mean just look at the state of AV in classic when half the team was afk or farming mobs in the cave the majority of the time, or half the team gave up instantly because they just don't enjoy/want to pvp they just wanted the rep for the gear!

@Punk_in_Drublic I mean I believe the longer the grind the more afk Andy's you will see in bgs and they will just be in there for longer since the grind is longer. I believe if the grind was shorter the afkers would be out of the bgs sooner and the people that actually want to pvp will be the only ones left to queue. Not only that if the people that actually wanted to be in the bg to play competitively obtained full bis faster then we would have a more balanced chance that was based on skill and not who has the most time to play and grind for better gear. Afkers for wsg bracers and greater insignia and AB boots already flood the SOD bgs.

@@holymacr0 yeah i guess they'd just have to test ya theory on gear being easier to access but then we'd be entering the realms of why bother getting the gear if it's easy, anybody can get it and it's not ''special'' or doesn't feel like an achievement obtaining an awesome item because it's easy, like the STV PVP gear is nice! but so so soooo easy to get, even with STV being an absolute choatic shlt show ya know :D, possibly gate the gear behind certain pvp achievments? kill a certain amount of players to equip *said item* that way afk'ers could get the items but never equip them ^^
