It takes me only about dieci minuti to get to the small mom-and-pop run groceries, so really no excuse haha. You wouldn't believe this, but I'm actually in the process of editing a short vid where I talk about pasta salad -and other Italian salads made with no lettuce/greens at all 🤠 What a coincidence! I'd say your recipe sounds delish, and it's very similar to what you may find over here!! The only variations I can think of is switching parmigiano with some mozzarella (to resemble the 'caprese' combination of mozzarella+tomatoes), and maybe adding some olives.. but truly: the more creative you get with your pasta salad, the better 🎉

Ah! I used to, but.. I was SO terrible at it!! I quit when I was 13, and let me tell you my teacher was relieved 🤣 The piano is actually a gift from a friend who had to move abroad, and couldn't figure out what to do with it. So now it's there and basically just an ornament 🙈
