@@HorizonMediaGaming Drizzle and wind fury can both pump pretty hard if you are geared. Aero in general has a bad reputation because it is the "alt class" so there are a lot of people that dont really care to pump on it.

Because honestly if it’s 1680 full 8 t4 gems that’s very realistic but but those numbers you put are very impressive if you ask me as the average I see in agir at that gear is about 70-90m ish. G1 and 50-60m with full ancients. Ur telling me you did that well is very exceptional. So you believe there is a good return on investment? Would you recommend Drizzle or Wind Fury? I played drizzle over a year ago and dropped it at 1540 but I recently came back and considering pushing aero to 1660. Thank you for your reply ^^

@@HorizonMediaGaming Only push characters you really enjoy playing as it gets expensive with all these systems, if you like playing aero then it is worth it to push. Drizzle is pseudo burst, mainly consistent damage, wind fury is pure consistent damage. Most people like wind fury more so its harder to recommend drizzle but you should try out both and see which you like more.

Any fight where you know you will get a hyper awakening transcendent power is better. With brel we will get more points to make tskill do more dmg so it might change when we get bracelets.

Yea its rough pushing right now if you didnt do full advanced honing. 1680 is very profitable right now so if you really want to play a character, pushing to 1680 isnt the worst investment.

Quick recharge is very important as t skill and x skill are affected by it, 1 proc can be the difference of getting another t skill or x skill off before a phase. The only spell that can really use bleed or poison is fly (optional between bleed, quick recharge and galewind), quick recharge too important on spread. For gems I would finish lvl 8's before going to 9's as the dmg spread is very wide. There are a lot of better dmg gains before upgrading to 9's like accessories or weapon/armor honing. If I had to guess, I did around 121.9m in G1, and 89.9m in gate 2. I coulda done better in gate 2 because I was on the floor a lot but my gate 1 was near perfect.

Planning on uploading aegir this week, wanted to unlock ark passive and get use to it.

The dmg spread is pretty wide, but I would prio scorching sun and wiping wind dmg gems first, then cooldown gems of wiping wind, scorching sun and rainstorm. Then dmg gems of rainstorm and whirlpool. After that it doesnt really matter what order you go.

A geared aero can definitely pump, its just not bk or surge level of pump. With an equally geared sup im doing 50m in thaemine g3 and echidna g2.

Yea I still enjoy playing it. It is probably the most satisfying character I play. Stagger is fine in most cases if you use scorching sun and wiping wind, if you hold them for dmg then it is bad. Weakpoint isnt that noticeable as most destruction mechs nowadays have to be solved with destruction bombs.

Its probably viable, but likely not as good as a spec/crit bracelet with 1 damage line. Drizzle doesnt really have spec breakpoints, more just makes it feel better. With that extra swift you might run into more mana issues since even with base swift mana is a problem.

Strong wind with steam control and dmg gem is higher ceiling but more punishing if you miss since you have less meter gen to work with. Going steam gained and cd gem is just comfort. You dont need higher spec to use it, just need to be more aware about if the boss can move out of your meter gen abilities. Should stick with your higher damage bracelet. I pretty much always use toilet ult as the cast time is significantly faster and works better for atro windows. You ult at the wrong time with narrs blade and you are dead. Never needed it for meter gen either. For sun shower the best comparison is doomsday and igniter sorc. You can scorching sun, then pop sun shower and scorching sun will still get the boosted damage. I do it pretty often as after I cast my meter gen skills, it still takes a second or a little more to get full meter, so to save that second I will scorching sun then spam my identity to have it up asap, then continue my rotation.

Back then sharpshooter was in the middle of the pack, now yea lc sharpshooter probably the worst or second worse dps. I still enjoy playing it though.

Yea drizzle is pretty rare, especially 1630+. Needing 7 dmg gems and spec accessories is a big turn off for a lot of people.

@@Blazespot sadly even T4 wont fix the 7 dps gem issue or needing 2 set of gems to play both spec.

You really want to use 7 damage gems, 6 minimum, you can drop the strong wind damage gem if you want to save a little bit but it will be less damage.

@@Blazespot wow Drizzle got a high invesment. I saw that WF only need 2 high ATK gem on Piercing wind and wind gimlet for min-max DPS.

@@EvilMonks Yea its why wind fury is like 5x more popular, less gem investment and crit/swift accessories are significantly cheaper. With the new t4 systems it will be much easier to justify drizzle since everything will be around the same cost.

I generally always start my rotation with rainstorm>tornado>whirlpool as you can precast rainstorm most of the time then tornado/whirlpool for conviction judgement while building adren stacks, from there it varies depending on how much meter i have, if im already full meter ill sun shower into scorching sun>wiping wind>fly>strong wind, if im not full meter I will strong wind first before scorching sun. A good tip is if you sent your meter skills out already and you know you are about to hit full meter in 1-2 seconds, you can scorching sun early then pop sun shower when you get it, kind like doomsday into igniter with sorc, this can save 1-2 seconds on your rotation. Even though drizzle has no swift, with higher cd gems there really isnt a lot of downtime, you need to keep spamming skills as fast as you can as each second you hold a skill you are losing damage. Also my aero uses voice 4.

@@Pepperkek I generally never need to. Tornado synergy is long enough that you can have 100% uptime with it alone. I use spread for countering or keeping up adren stacks or fishing for quick recharge procs. If I do miss tornado then I will use spread of the boss for synergy, but its very rare.

@@Blazespot I'm curious about your choice to use Strong Wind as a dmg skill rather than a meter skill, since the default on community guide is to use Rainstorm + Strong Wind as meter gen. What made you decide to use Rainstorm + Whirlpool as your main generators?

@@xEvolutionOfWarx I have done a lot of trixion testing and found that this skill setup was higher dmg but more punishing if you miss your meter gen. T4 might change this though as you will need to use 4 weather skills before you use the new one for highest dmg, so I might have to swap to strong wind meter gen, will have to do some testing when I get access to the new stuff.

Most tips kinda minor that you will learn by just playing around for a bit, but a big one I dont see many people do is when you are about to hit full meter, you can cast scorching sun early then use your identity, kinda like sorcs doomsday, this can help with uptime instead of waiting for meter before using skills. I swapped mains like 4 times now going from sorc>sharpshooter>scouter>aero. Drizzle aero with high cd gems is just a lot of fun even if the damage is average. The most annoying thing that can happen is missing your meter gen skills, but that is avoidable most of the time.

Master is better with no other crit syn, if you have an additional crit syn in your party then the difference is minimal between master and critical.

I have tried both and just find 422 more satisfying and fun.

Scouter is on the lower end of damage and the buff korea just got wont do much. The developers usually do a good job of buffing weak classes so dont let damage decide if you want main a class. The spec/form build (evo) usually gets gatekept as it is seen as the worse of the 2 builds (worse dps and generally players) but the technology build doesnt usually get gatekept. Technology is the harder of the 2 builds, but I would recommend it more than the form/spec build for new scouter players. There are good players that play both builds, so I would try to watch videos on both and see which playstyle you like more.

Yes the evolution legacy build is always gatekeeped. I have that class and the damage is too weak. One of the lowest dps

Was my main before I swapped to aero about 2 months ago. I also got really lucky and tapped to 1630 with only bounds from 1620.

@@donpedro1337 Aero is really fun and can 100% pump damage if you play well. I play drizzle but both specs do about the same damage so it is just preference on what playstyle you like more.

They both perform about the same right now honestly, one of the only classes were both specs do about the same damage. It is just preference on what playstyle you like. I of course like drizzle more and think it is generally better in real raids, but most others find wind fury more fun.

Statistically, if you look at raid data currently, WF is out performing drizzle on almost every raid by a sizeable amount.

My mains went from sorc at the beginning of the game till 1430 (vykas), then it was lc sharpshooter from 1430 to 1580 (vykas till akkan), at scouter from 1580 to 1620 (akkan to thaemine) and now it is drizzle aero. I think I just like playing different things, which I kinda get punished for in this game since main swapping is very expensive. I also kinda dislike playing popular classes in games, I like it when you can perform on underrepresented classes. As for fun and difficulty, drizzle aero is for sure a bit easier but more satisfying to play, it does hurt to miss a skill when a boss moves but it hurts much more on at scouter since half your skills require perfect precision where if the boss moves 1 step you can miss an entire skill. I still really like playing at scouter which is why I pushed it to 1630 as well.

@@Blazespot awesome! I appreciate the insight. The reason why I asked is because i was considering drizzle as an alt but who knows. If i like her alot i would main swap. I main gs and i hate how much input and effort you put into the class for mediocre output. I also dislike popular classes so im in the market looking to switch. The only popular class i like currently is NE. So maybe NE if i don’t find another interesting underplayed class.

Yea I completed the first on my aero. I main swapped from at scouter to drizzle aero when I progged hell brel with both and realized that I just like playing aero more.

I will upload hard scouter runs when I start running them, been only running normal to save time for the first prog and I would have to find a good group this early for a second hard run which is difficult.

I never really played wind fury so I dont know what would be better in this raid. It just comes down to what playstyle you like more as you will subconsciously perform better if you are enjoying your gameplay. If you find that wind fury is getting unfun then you should definitely try drizzle.

Drizzle and wf has about the dame dmg. Aero just has low dmg compared to others but really easy to play.

My general rotation is battery>mobile shot>raid missile>strategic fire>annihilation>mobile shot 2>energy buster>baby drones>avalanche. If the boss is going away soon or dr I will try to get energy buster out asap then whatever after to get that full damage out.

Higher level cd gems are definitely noticeable but not necessary. Lets you do more damage and have more leeway to do that damage. I wouldnt worry about full level 9 gems until you hit 1610 with thaemine normal, having 4 level 9's on the important skills like scorching sun and wiping wind is decently damage efficient at 1600 and will help you not get gatekept until you push. If you are still below 1600 then I wouldnt worry about 9''s at all yet, much more important to push ilvl.

@@Blazespot Thanks mate. I am 1612 with a 19 weapon so I am working on the gems now (got event ones atm). I prolly get gatekept for Thaemine anyways, but it doesn't matter too much since it's 7th char until she catches up more.
