Im a Canberra girl who lived in Queanbeyan back in the day up near the railway bridge - we went to the music by the river event recently and drove past our old flat- i was pregnant then, and used to walk down Monaro Street to the continental cake shop and then struggle back up!!( when i was on mat leave). I sewed baby things ( surprise) then! Now i sew quilts and clothes and bags, but just for me or for gifts. Im sure you must watch Christine’s home affairs vlogs, but if you haven’t found her yet, go over and have a look!
