Not going to say what i want. But i will say after looking at your page and have been familiar with Brandons page. Brandon constantly preaches repentance and sin leads to hell. Your page is veryyyy Worldy. I wouldn’t be so quick to state YOUR opinion lady.
By chance do you happen to make these with slightly taller sidewalls? (Not in design) but wall sizes similar to lodge, debuyer, matfer? Appreciate ya sir.
@@BouncingSparksJ yes I do. The standard ones I make now have taller sides. Thanks for watching and commenting!
You should always dip and cool you punch in between
Well done! Looks much easier than the traditional miners candle holder. Very straight forward work!
Thanks for watching and commenting. Glad you enjoyed it.
The Bearded carpenter also sent me! Subscribed!
Are these carbon steel pans?

Here's a like just for the music!!!! Forging was fun to watch too.
Thanks 😁
Very cool frying pan! I've always wanted a hand forged frying pan. I have a whole huge collection of cast iron and most recently started collecting cold handle pans. I really appreciate the way you gave credit to Black Bear forge and Df refiners channel. I recently watched their videos and I guess that's how I found your video.. I really liked the way you cut out the blank. I don't have a metal band saw or plasma cutter. So I think that will be my choice of cutting my blank. There are so many more details I liked. Great video.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Glad you enjoyed it and thank you for the feedback.
when i forge axes from rr spike they get all crooked, is it because im begginner and it will stop happening over time or is there a issue that can be fixed right away?
One piece of advice I could offer is try to make sure everything is straight or relatively straight at the end of each heat. If you let things get to catywompis without correcting it can be hard to get it corrected. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Great to see this project and the skill and artistry of the smith. However, I HATE artsy-fartsy camera work!! Why are camera operators so UNINTERESTED in the intersection between tool and work? That critical view is almost always at the insignificant BOTTOM of the screen while 90% of the view is wasted on the man's shirt! Hey, Camera team - go watch some Cutting Edge Engineering videos and learn from a raw newbie. The man's wife KNOWS how to make a great video!!!
Thank you for the feedback always, looking for ways to improve. People have different interest when they watch videos. I also enjoy watching the cutting edge videos, because I like seeing how things are specifically done. If you watch some of my other videos they do focus more on, as you put it, the intersection between tool and work. Some of my videos are more geared to instruction and how to and others more toward just entertainment. Thanks again for watching and commenting, your critiques will be taken into consideration.
Thanks for responding! I'll keep watching, for sure! You're a real artisan.@@refinersforge1781

Is your shop connected to your house ? Only reason I ask Is because mine is . Thought I was the only one crazy enough! Lol
No it is a detached garage. But honestly I think the forge is the least fire dager in the shop.
Lol i agree. My shop attached to the house dont bother me a bit . But the insurance company dont like it . Lol. I like your channel! Keep up the good work .
