I recovered my account when it was stolen months ago with my mini, i just gave them my informations like devices I played on where and when i started playing my first name and the first receipt of a purchase. At first I couldn’t contact a human because you must pay like 10€ or plus to get access to the “paid” support and then the bot lets you talk with a human
