The government is a business. A business is only viable if more money comes in then goes out. That is why there will be 2 officers on sex crimes, maybe 15 on theft and robbery but 60 on traffic violations. The powers that be care not about the people. I hate to be blunt but you are a fool to think otherwise. The only reason they are even decriminalizing hard drugs is because eventually they will sell themselves. Just like marijuana. They don't hate drugs ect. They hate not getting their cut. Like any other organized gang.
