Can confirm this was 10000x easier by loosening the screws. I just unscrewed it all the way, lined the lines up, and screw it back in tight. They were nearly impossible to pop in without loosening the screw. 😎

@@everettminer yeah I replaced my brown lense with official oakley blue ones. I regret it the brown looked better, but i did try without loosening the screws first and it felt impossible. I didnt take the screws out fully just enough to loosen the frame. I am a bit worries that over time they might loosen up and fall out so i mighy drop some loctite in there.

@@wallevalenses1 installation/take down methods for Meta raybans.... guess so seems to be the same frame honestly.... This doesn't seem fair you probably took out the OG lenses long ago and have switched these to 3rd party out often so you make it look way too easy- OG lens may be harder (haven't tried yet)

@@Matanumi In fact, we don't make it easy to install, and it takes a lot of force. As long as the frames are of the same type, the method of installation is almost the same. We don't remove the lenses too often in order to keep the frames in their original condition. We only manufacture replacement lenses to fit the original frames.

I posted a video on my story how I did it. I'm not sure if its the right way but it worked for me :P

The lenses are replacement lenses manufactured by Walleva, LLC and does not have ray-ban logo.

Most such frames can be manipulated this way, but watch the strength.

Glass lenses are a little thicker and work fine with this method. But you need to be a little more vigorous
