Wow my sis and I are planning to trek it next year

I was there in october, too. Except, I was just getting through customs, about the time you were waking up for summit night. I slept very well that first night, as I had just finished a 24 hour travel day from Denver, Colorado in USA. I flew DEN-JFK-AMS-JRO, and then JRO-AMS-CDG-ATL-DEN, for a 33 hour travel day on the way home. It was worth every bit of it and then some, though. I did a 6 day machame route, we had lunch at Karanga camp, but pushed on through to barafu. I can’t wait for my next big trip, maybe the Inca trail or Everest base camp trek.
