@JesseLikesWeather Graphics were traced over, maps came from overlaying green color over a texture map, icons came from the internet, radar was historical data put in GR2Analyst, edited in DaVinci Resolve.

@JesseLikesWeather It took about 3 weeks to make the full template, takes about 2-4 hours for me to pump these out depending on flavor

The entire thing is in DaVinci (paid version) for the VHS I downloaded the NTSC-RS plugin but it has a standalone version as well

About 70% of it is tracing over pictures, the rest is finding resources. The really hard part is that it's extremely tedious and you need a high end video editor to get a result as good as this one
