    I had two month notice period. I resigned on 17 June and exited on 30 June with mutual understanding without serving a notice period of 2 months as per contract. As the company is facing financial issues, they relieved me from my job. My June salary is pending, my salary date is between 5-10 of each month, I asked them about my salary, but now they are telling me, "I don’t think we can skip the Keka process. Like any other company it takes 30-45 days post resignation." Do you have any solution, please help me.

      Hi Shobhi Mittal, The duration of Probation and Notice periods varies from organization to organization. Whether you have to serve a notice period if you quit during your probation depends on the terms of your employment contract and your organization's policies. Generally, the employment contract [offer letter] will specify the notice period required during and after the probationary period.

      @@rizswitheral6304 the interview went well! they have another interview for that position today and said they will email us in the next 2 days of who got the job. Another recruiter told me that payroll might put me in a pigeon hole as I eventually want to move into a finance role so he said getting a position like a finance associate would be much better
