Danganronpa is so unrealistic in the sense that if this was real, so many people would’ve voted for Hagakure and Celeste would’ve won. It just seems to me that Kyoko and Naegi just somehow through plot armor knew that Celeste’s name was actually Taeko Yasuhiro. Idk just a thought I still loved this trial tho.

The one thing that confuses me is...... How did Hifumi find out Celeste's real name was Teako Yasuhiro?

No I think the case could have gone like this. First of all, Celeste could have murdered two people rather than agreeing to kill with Hifumi. Because ( Hifumi is dumb as fuck). Let's say she did try to collaborate with Hifumi, well, she could have murdered Taka by helping Hifumi and then she could have hit her with the hammer at the same time. So, that makes two deaths in a row and in a same time limit. She could have done that. Second of all, she could have just kept her damn mouth shut and stopped screaming because the screaming was so suspicious. Even Byakuya felt strange about it. Furthermore, She could have made the Medical room a locked room killed Hifumi ( I mean if plan 1 failed because plan 1 was about killing both of them at the same time) And then she could have used fake blood, take it with her and then if someone sees her going on the way to the headquarters she could have said that she wanted to go to the toilet. Then she could have disposed it or she could have disposed the blood bags in the garage room by throwing it ( Just like Leon did it but not in a stupid way). Hifumi was so absentminded she didn't know about her plan at all so she could have manipulated him more into killing him using Plan 1 and Plan 2. Finally, Celeste could have said that I told you my real name before or should I just repeat it. If it didn't work she could have said a fake name like " Chiaki Nanami" because by that time she NEVER existed. In conclusion, she also did one mistake. She could have wiped the Dolley because the wheels and the floor was infected with blood. Also, she could have confiscated the notes of arrival of Taka and Hifumi. They must have made the case more complicated. Her fate got sealed because she LITERALLY told the JUSTICE ROBOT incident though she could have had an alibi. Many people might have suspected her to know about the attack of Celestia and Hifumi. Or else they could have made a BIG PLOT TWIST. HIFUMI could have been the robot and Celeste should have been the struggler. She could have made a fake robot recorded the incident earlier by making Yasuhiro unavailable for a moment. If they took two photos and Celeste showed the other photo of her struggling while her alibi watched the incident things could have really changed. She could have faked the trial and proved herself framing Yasuhiro on the murder. Then one thing, while she was in the nurses the comment on Makoto " I think those guys have died" should not have been said by her. Because, it was clearly suspicious that she KNEW that both of them died. So, this is how the case 03 should have played. Defense for this chapter, Kyoko is not a snake. I think she planned to get Makoto framed to see more of the truth and to make Kyoko not fall into the trap. Junko knows Kyoko knows too much. Makoto wasn't even guilty but he had to. It was the meaningful sacrifice.
