I lucked with Shadowheart knocking him prone with a shield bash reaction and Gale casting hold person on him and having Karlach deal crits on him four times. Then Shart threw guiding bolt on him a couple times and he was then slain by Tav

The spell of concentration was cast one after the other, blessing and shield. It makes no sense to lose a spell because only one spell of concentration can be active.

If anyone else is facing issues to start the second calling quest, make sure all 3 episodes are installed and go back to Greece.

My half orc Paladin 8 (ancients) Fighter 4 (Champion) Went fucking off on Sarevock. I got lucky with Wyll getting to go first i had him use Slow on all four of them. Somehow against all odds it worked on Sarevock and he lost his attack when he jumped to my avatar. Got a lucky crit on my first strike. Was wearing the paralyzing crit amulet and used it right there. Next three attacks were naturally all 2nd level divine smite loaded crits. Poor guy exploded with just a sliver remaining

Oh man, I love all those dialogue options, how developers allow you to be a dick anytime you want. You can lead people on, so that you can say something rude or stupid to them in the end and see the disappointment on their faces. In this regard, the game is truly glorious.

She will always be my favorite character. Even though magic had a bad reputation in the game for a while characters like Sellen and Rennala would've been more threatening as characters if the devs didn't make them so slow or give them bad spells. If Sellen's glintstone crown didn't mess with stamina it would've been perfect to wear to boost your stats along with the Royal Carian Scepter.

On my first play through defeated him too. Probably as usual I found the most absurd way 😂 bc I just made him dance nonstop and closed the door on the guardians so they wouldn’t bother, and his three red helpers I just bombed
