Hello ! I really like the video and how you talk it was so much entertaining. However, and I say this being a non specialist, but : 1. you need to do a light warm up (5 min is good) what you did is much of a cardio vibe 2. Dynamic stretches to warm your muscles at the beginning 3. The compound at the beginning of the workout, I only saw one so it is going to be the leg press. 4. The unilateral, the bulgarian split squat 5. The isolation : lying leg curl, kick back and calf raises 6. and you stretch at the end 👏🏽 (most people are too lazy to do it) I am not sure because I've never really saw one in real but I think the machine you used at 8:21 is not meant for legs. It's an assisted pull ups machine. Again, not sure. Before anyone come at me, you are super toned and you are really beautiful and fit. I'm just saying this to maybe better your workout. Everything, I'm saying on the above are the results of research on my own. But I know that Krissy Cela is doing amazing work and informative videos on youtube. *leave a gentle end note here*
