1 kg Potato (Boil & mash)
1 TBS Roasted Coriander
1 TBS Roasted Cumin
3 Medium Size Onion
1 TBS Chilli Flakes
Green chilli
Dry Pomegranate
1/2 TS Turmeric
Put Oil in pan and add 1 TS whole cumin seeds, let it crackle then add chopped onion. fry for few minutes and then add all powder spices, then add boiled potato. Mix nicely and add coriander and pomegranate.
Let it cool down then add 4/5 TBS rice flour or all purpose flour. Add 1 TBS Sesame seeds. Then make kachoris as shown in the video, Same mixture you can use for potato sticks.
