I have duals on my 300. I put a pair of efi exh. mnflds on the head. Then a short run to a set of mufflers. After each muffler is another short run that turns just in front of the pass rear tire. I am getting minimum back pressure this way. I used to have a 240 in my truck. I had this dual exh. set up on that motor. The difference in power was amazing. It could breath soooo much better. That motor was very good. Got 169,000 miles out of it. I wanted to try a 300. Great engine...Tons of power...especially now using the efi exh mnflds again.
Sounds great for a 6 banger.

i have an odd question, how tall is the cab from the outside? it should be between 52-56", could you measure it when you get the chance? i would also like the height of the bed from the outside, should be around 32"
That I don't have a clue. If I think about it when I get a chance I'll let know.
Is there a way to use Bluetooth in that truck? I have one myself I'm just curious on how.
The only way I would know would be to install an after market radio that's Bluetooth capabilite
they make an outfit that plugs into the cigarette light that will make it possible walmart used to sell them I have used them on a few different vehicles i have owned before

this bodystyle was in production from 1980 to 1997, plenty of them around, you just have to do a front end swap if you're going with the bullnose look.
@TheGamingChad. 1980-1986 has slight differences in the body lines than 1987-1996. Yeah you can swap the front clip but if you know anything about these trucks it's very obvious

I bet yours has the plastic door panels that turn to dust from baking in the sun.

This is the best sounding 4.9L I’ve heard, it sounds like a common rail Cummins. I have an EFI 4.9L and I don’t think I could get this sound out of it (it runs too smoothly).
I've owned serval 4.9l and never had another that sounded even similar to what this one did
Mine runs super smooth too. I completely rebuilt one last winter so it's an experience driving it now after having torn it all down and put it all back together with new bearings and rings and a high volume oil pump.
It looks like it’s blowing black smoke, I’m almost wondering if choking it out by making it run rich will give it this sound.

Knock off flowmasters. It had a split manifold so it was true dual exhaust.
