Penrith & District in the 1970's
Colour video of Penrith & District in the 70's made by the BBC Club Cine Section. Quality and sound is not too good as the VHS tape that I have it on have has deteriorated over time. Original VHS tape belonged to Father & Mother in Law, Norman & Bet Furnass.

Video of Penrith in 1961 and by the sound of the narration this version was put together about 1977-78, made by the BBC Club Cine Section. Woof, woof, we sat Dannii in front of the web-cam and asked her to speak, would you believe it, not a word was uttered!!! This is not normal!!, So we just had to add a piece of classic S & G to it, gruffity, woooof, wuf.

Hey, maybee i should listen to it more :) its a shame bands like this get ignored/forgotten
I have to disagree with the use of the word 'boring' here.. .....I bought this album at one of their gigs when it first came out in the 70s, and to this day I still love every song on it, the band were always superb live, incorporating great musicianship with Ollys wit & wisdom on the mic' ...........keep listening & I'm sure it will grow on you.
Very good guitar playing but the album gets a bit boring soon, but still a couple of good standout tracks.
