I forgot about all of this, but I knew I had to wait to watch it until Lego Kevin was out of the room so he wouldn't have to hear two of me laughing incessantly. Oh my goodness. I love our friendship so much, hahaha.

astrog8tr I'd say the only standard I hold of cis people comes from cis people at Pride. I don't care if cis people aren't allies, I just care that the cis people at Pride are allies (whether they identify as LGB+ or not). For the most part, as long as someone doesn't hate me or act in opposition to my happiness, I have a copacetic agreement that people don't need to be allies because it's the "decent" thing to do. I think it's one of those calls to arms that you don't need to confront until someone you love comes to you with what they've been going to through. Also I hope you're recovering from surgery nicely, Jay, was sending good vibes your way and glad to see you've made it out okay :D.

A very nice video-- I really like what you said about "hating". If we are respectful, we can tolerate different POVs (as someone who identifies as trans). I think there's a difference between a cis-person and an ally. An ally is someone who could work with us at some level. A cis-person is just someone who is cis. Lots more cis-people, than allies who are cis. But I agree not all allies are activists.

Does it count that I have a Korean cover of a High School Musical song? We both know that I try and not do anything whimsical in public, which is why G-Dragon is a brave step.

I was really torn about reshooting the video, because it was either this video with the crazy red eyes, or the first video where I have shiny Disney Prince eyes. I mean, you can see my conundrum. I feel like the nerdiness of my shirt might be on par with Trogdor, but much less global. It's a leftover from my slightly pudgier days when I was in my college Sci-Fi/Fantasy club. Despite the fact I should never sing, I Believe In a Thing Called Love is forever an exception.

I love the video, I love the crazy red eyes, I swore you were wearing a Trogdor tshirt and then I found out I was wrong, but for like 3 minutes, I was incredibly excited. Fun video, and "I believe in a thing called love" is an amazing song.

In defense of your driving, sometimes you need to rock out in a falsetto. I feel like my muscle shirt is just subtle enough to be like "so I see you are also going through your second puberty" without running around with a trans flag cape and glitter. There's literally almost too much Zac Efron, because why not. Once a Wildcat always a...I'mma stop there. Your video made me crack up. In the most modest ways, we are some pretty cool kids.

Actually this video is my 10th shot, I do mine on Fridays, so we're just a few days shy of being T day buddies :D. I probably screwed up somewhere in the video, 9 weeks but 10th shot.

I'd initially read your comment on my iPod so I didn't understand the Lorax bit, and then I watched the video again. It says BAD BOY, but LORAX is a close second XD .

1) Obviously. We both know my senior quote was "Everybody loves a good jazz square." And they do. 2) WHOOOOOO 2% :D I think my jaw is doing jaw-ier things. 3) I definitely thought I seemed like a sad-sack before, but I'm glad no one else thought that. Also, side note, I couldn't read the top of your hat, so I just assumed it said "LORAX" but I didn't understand why it said GOODGIRL under the brim.

1. Do all of the jazz squares on your audition tape! 2. I can totally see little changes in your face, and I mean this in the least creepy way possible, but I've seen your face enough times that watching this video I was like "Oh shit! He looks like 2% different in the face region!" 3. Not that you seemed like some sad-sack or anything before, but it's very obvious that you're happier! 4. Lembas bread cooking show as part of your birthday video? Or at least a fake date for your birthday? =D

Oh yeah, I picked it up at the anime convention XD. Mine says Bad Boy across the top and Good Girl on the bottom of the brim. If you can believe it, this was the least tacky hat they sold.

regardless of the anxiety I still liked the video! I think we still need that book that you (or someone) were going to write and read the hell out of it. (this was months ago, but still a very good idea)

Shot 5 is tomorrow, so I'll definitely try that. I did musicals as a kid and stopped singing while it was still cute, but my hope is that it settles into something that's passable for karaoke :P. I might definitely look into the 998, because the 997 is unforgiving without layers. The button downs are a good tip too, so thank you :D. I'm trying to mature my work wardrobe a little, so I'm trying to move away from the polo shirts without needing a million layers in the summer.

Hopefully during tomorrow's video I can show off some of my costume progress :D. I never did get to make that video that weekend because I was too busy fanboying (I regret nothing). I think if it's not too warm I'll make the video in my Widower costume. We'll have to collectively fanboy Iron Man as soon as my schedule isn't all messed up.

I'm starting to find that's the norm, so I feel a little better. When I was watching people's comparison videos I just assumed everyone went progressively deeper and stayed there. Nope, I'm sporting a super deep voice this afternoon but was all nasal on my overnight shift XD.

I also discovered we could transition like 5 years ago? I thought it would never happen to me because it was so impossible to conceive in my mind...and now look at us. So proud, so alive. This is definitely rewriting my story and guess also yours. Congrats from Spain.

Biscoff is so wonderful, I can't even handle it. Healthier snacks are appreciated though, I'm trying to get in shape to be asked to be in a boy band.

Thank you, I'm very fond of this evolution of haircut :D. I don't know what it is with the association, but it has everything to do with the age and gender of the person I'm with. When I'm with my mum, I pass, so she'll be my lunch date from now on.

I never even thought about it like that. It totally makes sense. My doctor kept referring to it as puberty, but menopausal symptoms would explain why I feel overheated most of the time.

Seriously, I just keep putting my hand on my chest and talking to myself. My coworkers were discussing how I'd look with a goatee, so it looks like I'll need to experiment :P.
