Trail to flag rock?
Trim them off , when you reassemble the back remove and chunk the safety bar , reinstall the bolts . When reinstalling the seat put one bolt through the bottom of the seat back frame going g through the top hole on the seat base . This will raise the seat back into a more comfortable position. In the future I plan on making 4 straps with three holes to better secure the back to the base , ps over tighten the bolt to pinch the steel to get rid of the rattle

Worst design ever.
I feel you man, we usually get feet of snow but last year it snowed twicw and this year we topped out a 6", not evn enough to justify putting the lade on the trayor. Yep, this GW sure is screwing things up

The driver seat doesn’t clip in because the front seat moves forward and backwards for drivers positioning.
You are correct sir! The driver side is not supposed to clip in. If you clip it in like that you cannot move the seat forward and backwards for adjustment
Just loosen the bolts on the seat, raise the seat and slide the pins in, re-tighten seat bolts. I just did mine. No need to bend (and potentially break) the pins.

What caster wheels are those and how are the mounted on the trailer? I have the same issue and looking for some heavy duty wheels like that.
I can't remember the brand but they were 600$ each and rated for 15k lbs
I welded a 4" I beam in between the frame rails and the made a qrt" plate and welded it to frame and drilled the plate for mounting bolts and attached caster to the plate.

If u like cruising trails you should check out ride the wilds in New Hampshire. Easily ride over 150 miles per day no problem. I average over 500 miles in a week up there.
