It can be combined with a front lip but for this application I decided not to go that route. check them out below www.toponemotors.com/ I Do Not Own Any Rights to the music used in this video

Have you found a solution to the clicking? I have the same issue on my NRG quick release.
To remedy the clicking I just made sure to torque the bolts to the hub. It was just slightly loose.
@clutch0514 awesome. Thanks for the quick reply man.
Where did you carbon fiber where the radio Knobs are at
That’s a stock feature of the 2013 and 2014 civic si. 2013 was basically the interior of a 2014 minus the touch screen and turn signal mirror camera without the keyless entry.
Spoiler oem nice
Great video, but how did you get rid of the clicking i having that issue current ?
It’s been a while for me but I remember making sure the quick release adapter was fully tightened which fixed it.
Will try that tomorrow, thank you
Where didbyou get those?
thats not a 22b styled wing dude
I figured. It was my first 2.5rs coupe so I was still learning about them. Thanks for letting me know.
So do I buy a single or double din receiver to replace my stock receiver.
Whichever you prefer. The dash kit can support both but a double din can flow better with the dash.
@@clutch0514 thanks!
Would you mind showing me how you installed those projector headlights too? Those look like factory projectors. Nice install btw. I’m not running an Si, but I’m putting one of these quick releases on. I’m excited. Edit #2: Check out steering solutions for the cruise and steering wheel control relocations.
Thank you! I no longer own my 9th gen but the retrofit was very straight forward. You bake them open or use a heat gun. Then remove the reflector “pill” from the bowl and then you should be able to slide the projectors in and then use the supplied nut on the back of headlight reflector bowl to the projector. They are the morimoto mini h1 kit from theretrofitsource.com
@@clutch0514 Ohhhh okay! Thank you!
what’s the adapter for the small screen ?
The music makes it hard to hear you
What is the part number for the carbon fiber quick release I wanna get the same one
nrgSRK-200CF
Any chance you can give some tips on wiring the module to retain the steering wheel controls??
I know that there’s a module you can purchase usually from idatalink and it will come with instructions specific to your vehicle.
About the water leak: I had the same problem. Turned out that the previous owner removed the roof rack brackets when they took them off, and sealed the hole with glue. The water was leaking down the A-pillar to behind the dash and then to the floor. Such a PITA for a pretty simple solution if done right.
Did you lose cruise control?
Nope. Everything worked as it should.
Have a link for parking brake bypass? Fixing to install avh-w4500nex, good video nice fb6 bro
Hey man, I actually own this car now. Would love to get a chance to talk about it with you!
Sure thing. DM me. What kind social media you got?
whats up man, how did the car turn out?
How did you do the custom wall paper?
Does this video work with my 2014 Honda Covid sedan. Lx, cause I hoping to upgrade my radio, but I was also wondering if my backup radio is gonna work with a new radio
i wish this trend of putting touch panels in cars for shit would just end... im actually looking at downgrading my stereo head unit in my ex L because of this... i really dislike it
What NRG hub did you use and what size steering wheel specs? Looks good. Are you happy with the mod or would you have done anything different? I’m look into doing this as well but probably leather wheel.
I used a SRK-132H and my wheel specs where 350mm non concave(deep dish). If I had to do it again I’d go with a leather personal wheel or a Monte Carlo wheel
It’s nice. Matt black is better than the carbon fiber. No glare ,you should change the left ac vent piece to non carbon fiber
Is the short hub im looking for a SRK-132 ? obv i drive a 9th gen as well
Yep. You’d need a SRK-132H
i got a check vsa and powersteering idk what to do plz asappp
Not sure how that happened. Usually if this goes wrong you would get a Srs airbag light. Make sure your wiring is correct and also make sure your fuse to the power steering isn’t blown. Besides that I’m not sure what else could go wrong
Did you ever figure out the vsa light issue?
@@ohhrizer9243 nah bro i honestly gave up on it tbh i think it has something to do with the airbag resistor since i never put it in
Looks Cool
So the 9th gen will accept this pump without the whole fuel return setup?
Yep. 9th gen are a return less setup. Only time I recommend a return system is for boost applications.
@@clutch0514Wow great info.So after u installed the pump the car didnt give any issues?U didn't have to tune or anything like that right away?
@@jamalreed9226 nope. After the install I was good. You don’t really see the benefits until you get bigger injectors. It was more of a future proofing kind of mod.
@@clutch0514 Thank you for responding brother love the car God-bless you💪🏾💪🏾💯
@@jamalreed9226 anytime brotha. Thank you
Steering solutions sells a bracket to retain the wheel controls with a qr
Was looking for a way to maintain imid functions, thank you bro!
@@andrewwolfe3904 no problem. Just be careful when u take your wheel apart for the controls ull have a screw in backwards u can't barley see. U also gotta trim the plastic at the top of the controls lil for a cleaner fit.
what kind of rims/wheel covers you got? They look nice and looking to replace mine.
Stock 2013 civic si wheels
What happens to your cruise control?
Taylor Thuang still works after I removed the buttons from the wheel and stored it hidden away
How did you hook up your cruise and other buttons that you needed
btw is the fake gear knob any good? It seems even better than the real thing tbh
unreal one the original feels better but the fake one weighs more. I guess it’s personal preference
@@clutch0514 is it just the feel? Is the grip the same? I'm tempted to get a fake one instead as i think in these cases you are paying 3 times more for the brand name. But I thought the heavier the knob the better, unless it's too heavy that the neutral spring is having problems returning it to neutral.
unreal one after experience both I’d say the real one has more grip and fits the hand better.
it's easy to tell fake from real because fake:£30 real:£90
Does your back up camera display on the radio instead now?
Did you drill a new hole for that kind of wing?
Mikethyton I swapped trunks with the previous owner but when I inspected it, looks like there were holes drilled on the trunk
thanks for this video! Been looking for this for hours!
MrTravelGoals anytime time man
How did the coilovers work out for you
Damn Imhigh for the money they are pretty good and ride good for a daily and occasional track use but for the track I’d go with something like buddy club race spec but the race specs ride super harsh compared to these
@@clutch0514 that's good to know i just bought a set as i don't plan on doing track driving just moving quickly thru traffic. are you still using them are you slammed or just a few inches knocked off and lastly have you had any issues with axels thanks for your time cuz
Damn Imhigh any time man. I’ve kept it at that same ride height pretty much. I’m a functional guy. You can’t really slam these but you can tire tuck with them pretty well. I used to have BC Racing BR before those but the rear shocks blew and I ended up selling them. That seems to be a common thing with these cars. I unfortunately do not have a 9th gen anymore
@@clutch0514 I'm putting them on a 7th gen maxima sv sport.
Dude those floor panels :/ i would keep the car just be willing to restore it, you can prob find another 93-01 impreza sedan/coupe and or wagon, the floor panels should be the same just cut what you need and swap over
Hey whats up... So did you use a i-mid interface or steer wheel interface to get the radio to even work. And also, did you have to tap into the factory amp at all?
Alex Martinez how’s it going man. I didn’t have to do any of that. The imid display will still work just without the radio feature. You’d need an interface if you want to use the steering wheel controls like “next track” or “volume up”. The factory amp will still work. That’s how I set mine up. Just make sure that the blue wire on your aftermarket harness and the aftermarket radio harness are wired up so the aftermarket radio can turn the oem radio amp on.
@@clutch0514ahh sh!t, that's were i went wrong. I didnt even think about the remote wire. So use to that wire always goin to aftermarket amp, didnt even think it would go to the factory one. Makes sense now lol. Appreciate that man.
Alex Martinez fo sho man lol. Let me know how it goes
I have a desert safe metallic coupe! Check it out my page we kinda twins haha.
Did any lights ever come on?
Otniel Rosado nope as long as you install the included resistors while the battery is disconnected you will be ok. Always disconnect the battery as your first step
Do you know how much a millenium jade paint job would cost usually?
Landon Womack I’m not sure but I heard it’s expensive because it involves multiple stages. If not done correctly it will just be a regular light green
I have a signal but I can not make my speakers work I have a 2012 Honda Civic if with factory amplifier What do I have to do to make the speakers work or what do I have to buy?
you don't have to buy anything extra. I have a feeling you probably just have to check the radio wiring harness and make sure the blue remote wire is hooked up to the factory one so the factory amp can turn on
Midori Wrx you don't know what color i have to connect from my car so i can turn on the amplifier
Kitty Cat I wouldn’t but from the harness to the aftermarket radio both wires should be blue or blue with a white stripe.
Midori Wrx you don't have any video because I tried to do what you told me but the aplificador has no signal
Very informative video but the background music is too loud.
Thank you for the feedback. At the time, I was still learning how to edit and didn't have a good grasp on audio levels.
what wiring harness did you use?
Subbed 🤟🏾
Damn that is sick!!! Just subscribe
Man those floors looked pretty bad... I think you should drive the car until you find a clean GC bro.
Big Boy it’s pretty discouraging but hey let’s see what happens. It’s just hard finding a nice, stock coupe lol
